The App is an internal business tool used by Shanco employees and contractors and is not available to the general public.

To provide the App, Shanco collects limited personal information from its employees and contractors, including name, email address, phone number, and employment-related timesheet data (hours worked, job assignments, and related records).

Information collected through the App is used only to:

• Authenticate account logins, including sending one-time verification codes by email or SMS text message
• Operate core App functionality, such as timesheet management
• Communicate with users about their account or employment

If you provide a phone number, Shanco may send you one-time passcode text messages to verify your identity when logging into the App. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors for support services, such as platform hosting and message delivery, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your login activity.

Shanco uses third-party service providers to operate the App, including providers for email delivery and SMS text message delivery. These providers process information solely on Shanco's behalf to deliver messages and do not use it for their own marketing purposes.

Shanco retains account and timesheet information for as long as needed to operate the App and to meet business and legal recordkeeping obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect this information.
