These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the internal timesheet management application (the "App") operated by Shanco Properties LLC, doing business as "Shanco" ("Shanco"). The App is provided for use by Shanco employees and contractors in connection with their employment or engagement, and is not a consumer product.

Access to the App is granted by a Shanco administrator. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account.

If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive one-time passcode text messages from Shanco for the purpose of verifying your identity when logging into the App. Message frequency depends on your login activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

The App may be used only for legitimate business purposes related to your employment or engagement with Shanco. You may not attempt to access accounts or data that are not your own, or interfere with the App's normal operation.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shanco does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App, including SMS or email delivery, which depends in part on third-party carriers and service providers outside Shanco's control.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
